VV TRADING LAB offers the following services:
- Cryptocurrency and equity market data and analysis
- F1 PRO proprietary trading indicators (via TradingView integration)
- Major economic indicator release schedule
- Macro market analysis and journal content
- Exchange payback affiliate services
- Telegram signal channel access
Article 5 — User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Copy, distribute, or commercially use Content without prior written consent
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security
- Share, resell, or redistribute paid content (including F1 PRO indicators)
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or these Terms
Article 6 — Intellectual Property
All Content on the Service, including but not limited to text, market analysis, F1 PRO indicator source code, designs, and logos, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Article 7 — Limitation of Liability
Important: All information, market analysis, F1 PRO indicator signals, and trading signals provided through the Service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice or trading recommendations.
- The Company shall not be liable for any investment losses or damages incurred by users.
- Cryptocurrency and equity trading involve substantial risk of loss. All investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.
- Leveraged trading may result in losses exceeding initial capital within a short period.
- The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, system failures, third-party API outages, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Article 8 — Affiliate Links & Payback
Exchange payback links on this website are affiliate (referral) links. When users sign up through these links and conduct trading, the Company may receive a commission from the exchange. This revenue supports the operation of the platform.
Article 9 — Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in the jurisdiction of the Company's principal office shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
Article 10 — Effective Date
These Terms are effective as of May 20, 2026.
