1. Information We Collect

A. Information Provided at Signup (Required)

• Email address — Account identification and management
• Password — Stored as a one-way hash (scrypt), cannot be restored
• Phone number — Identity verification via SMS authentication

B. Information Collected Automatically

• IP address, access logs, connection time
• Device information (OS, browser type, mobile/desktop)
• Referral source (Referrer), pages visited

2. How We Use Your Information

• Account registration and identity verification (SMS authentication)
• Providing member-only services (timeframe charts, F1 PRO analysis) and unlocking gated content
• Member management and fraud prevention (duplicate registration and brute-force attack blocking)
• Responding to inquiries and delivering notices
• Service improvement and statistical analysis

3. Data Retention

We retain your personal information until the purpose of collection is achieved, after which it is destroyed without delay. However, information may be retained for a longer period where required by applicable laws.

• Member data: Destroyed immediately upon account deletion
• Access logs: Retained for 3 months per the Communications Privacy Act, then destroyed
• Verification records: Automatically deleted within 3 minutes after verification (in-memory)

4. Data Processing Outsourcing (Third-Party Processor)

To provide seamless service, we outsource the following personal information processing:

• Processor: Solapi (NHN Alpha)
• Purpose: Sending SMS verification codes for member identity verification
• Data shared: Phone number
• Retention: Destroyed immediately upon SMS delivery (Solapi may retain delivery history per its own policy)

Your phone number is shared with Solapi solely for the purpose of sending authentication messages and is never used for marketing or disclosed to any other third party.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except in the following circumstances:

• When you have given prior consent
• When required by law or a lawful request from investigative authorities

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use the following storage on your device to enhance service quality:

• Language preference and theme (dark/light) settings (localStorage)
• Member login status indicator (localStorage — actual authentication is performed by the backend)

This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

7. Your Rights

You may exercise the following rights regarding your personal information at any time:

• Right to access, correct, or delete your personal information
• Right to delete your account (destroyed immediately upon withdrawal)
• Right to withdraw consent for collection and use of personal information

8. Data Destruction Procedures

Personal information that has reached its destruction deadline is disposed of as follows:

• Electronic files: Permanently deleted using unrecoverable methods
• Printed materials: Shredded or incinerated
